Is the device easy to use? How do I get started?
Yes. Each translation mode comes with dedicated video tutorials available in the app under “My Account” → “Support & Services” → “Video Tutorials”, or via the QR code in the manual.
How do I unbind the device and link it to a new phone?
To switch devices, simply change the email linked to your account. Path: “My Account” → “Settings” → “Account & Security” → “Change Email”.
Can I use the device offline?
Yes, offline translation is available as a standalone feature. Other functions require an internet connection. Please download the required offline language packs in the app before using offline mode.
What is the difference between the T9 and T10 models?
Compared to T9, the T10 features a more durable metal body, a universal USB-C charging port, and enhanced AI capabilities in the app, such as AI summaries and AI mind maps.
Is there a monthly fee? Is there a free trial period?
The device includes free basic features. Advanced AI features are available as optional paid services. Pricing depends on individual usage and subscription plans shown in the app.
Do I need to pay for data or a subscription after buying the device?
The device works together with the mobile app and requires an internet connection for most features. Basic functions are free after purchase, while advanced features may require a subscription based on your needs.
Can I use the device with Apple products? Does it support iPad?
Yes. The device supports both iPhone and iPad. For the best experience, we recommend using it with an iPhone.
Can the translator work well in noisy environments?
In normal noisy environments, the device can still maintain good recognition and translation accuracy. However, in environments with heavy human noise, accuracy may decrease. We recommend using it in quieter settings whenever possible.
How do I turn off the device?
The device does not need to be powered off manually. It will automatically enter sleep mode after being idle for the preset duration.
Can I use the device with both iOS and Android phones?
Yes, the device supports both iOS and Android. However, it can only be connected to one device at a time.
Can it translate audio from online meetings on my computer (Zoom, Teams, etc.)?
Yes. You can translate audio from online meetings by enabling the relevant translation feature in the app and placing your phone close to the computer’s speaker.
Do I need to log in every time I open the app?
No. Once logged in, your account will remain signed in. If the same account is logged in on another device, the previous device will be logged out automatically. One account can only be used on one device at a time.

Why is Japanese, Italian, or English translation sometimes inaccurate?
Strong regional accents can affect speech recognition accuracy, which may result in less accurate translations. For best results, please use clear and standard pronunciation.
The app feels complicated, and the manual is not available in my language
Each feature includes step-by-step video tutorials. You can find them in the app under “My Account” → “Support & Services” → “Video Tutorials”, or by scanning the QR code in the user manual.
Can I give the device to someone else after it has been linked to my account?
Yes. You can change the email address linked to your account. Go to “My Account” → “Settings” → “Account & Security” → “Change Email” before handing the device to another user.
How is my data protected? What is the warranty period?
Your data is securely stored under your personal account and will remain available unless you choose to delete it. Warranty details are provided in accordance with local regulations.
