At InnAIO, we hope you enjoy our AI translation devices as much as we enjoyed creating them. But if something doesn’t work out — whether you simply don’t love it or experience an issue — we’re here to help.

We provide a 30-Day Return Policy and a 2-Year Product Warranty for all eligible orders.

1. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Before sending anything back, please contact our customer support team:

In your email, please include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Photos or videos if it is a quality-related problem

Our team will reply within 2 business days with next steps.

2. Return Requirements

To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure:

The item is in its original selling condition

All original accessories, packaging, and manuals are included

All returned items must be packed together in one complete package

A return authorization must be obtained before shipping back the item

🚫 Please DO NOT return items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

3. Who Covers the Shipping Cost?

Quality-Related Issues (Under Warranty)

✔ InnAIO covers the return shipping cost.
✔ Troubleshooting with our team (including photos/videos) is required to confirm the issue.

Non-Quality-Related Returns (Change of Mind, Not Satisfied, etc.)

✔ The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
✔ A valid return tracking receipt must be provided.
✔ Only the product cost will be refunded (shipping fees are non-refundable).

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued after the returned product arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection.
Please allow 10–15 business days for the full return and refund process to be completed.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

You may still request a return after receiving the package.

6. Important Notes

The 30-day return period starts on the delivery date.

After the 30-day return window, non-quality-related returns will not be accepted.

For products purchased through Amazon or other authorized retailers, please follow their return policies directly.

Warranty claims still require contacting InnAIO for troubleshooting and confirmation.
